About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Business Partner owning full-cycle recruitment for Achievers’ employee recognition and rewards platform. Partnering with hiring managers and optimizing talent acquisition processes across functions.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage full-cycle recruitment
  • Understand business and technology needs and partner with hiring managers across departments
  • Assess hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies supporting business and growth objectives
  • Source candidates through creative outreach, events, meet-ups, job fairs, networking, online platforms, referrals, university relations, and professional communities
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate scheduling, collect feedback, communicate with candidates, negotiate offers, and support onboarding
  • Serve as an ambassador for Achievers’ employer brand and provide a positive candidate experience
  • Champion Achievers’ culture and values within the tech community
  • Manage a portfolio of roles simultaneously and reassess priorities
  • Track and share recruitment data to refine strategies and improve outcomes
  • Build cross-functional relationships, especially with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Business Operations
  • Lead projects to optimize talent acquisition strategies, improve recruitment efficiency, and enhance the hiring process and employee experience
  • Join the broader Employee Success team spanning HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Facilities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an in-house recruiter with full-cycle recruitment expertise
  • Strong business acumen and exceptional interviewing skills
  • Ability to assess skills, competencies, and cultural fit
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Detail-oriented problem-solving skills and passion for continuous improvement and project-based work
  • Experience sourcing active and passive candidates through networking, online platforms, professional communities, referrals, university relations, and creative strategies
  • Experience working closely with senior leaders and interviewers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and organizational culture
  • Energetic, personable, and outgoing approach to engaging candidates and stakeholders
  • Experience with Lever preferred, or a similar ATS
  • Preference for SaaS organization experience and recruiting roles from entry-level to senior leadership across Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Operations
