About the role
- AI Intern role focusing on Agentic AI strategy and development at Acosta Group Canada. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders on innovative AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of an AI strategy aligned to Acosta Group Canada's business priorities
- Assist in researching, designing, and prototyping Agentic AI solutions and intelligent AI agents
- Collaborate with business and technical partners to gather requirements and translate needs into AI-enabled concepts
- Build, test, and refine AI agent workflows
- Document learnings, insights, and recommendations to support broader AI adoption
- Present findings and progress updates to stakeholders
- Complete an internship project and deliver a final presentation summarizing outcomes and impact
Requirements
- Some College
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Candidate must be a college sophomore or junior pursuing a bachelor's degree
- Student must be in good academic standing
- Prior related experience (as defined by business) preferred
- Strong interest and foundational knowledge in Artificial Intelligence
- Exposure to Agentic AI concepts
- Familiarity with programming languages
- Curious, innovative mindset with a willingness to experiment and learn quickly
- Strong communication skills and proven time management and meeting facilitation skills
- Ability to adapt to various situations – work in a fast-paced environment, flexible and resourceful
- Demonstrate leadership and can take the lead with little or no guidance – work independently
- Builds rapport and can interact professionally with various business partners at all levels
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented and strong partnership skills
