About the role
- Grocery Team Lead managing planogram resets and in-store inventory for Acosta Canada. Overseeing a team of merchandisers and ensuring excellent customer service in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 2–5 merchandisers and complete daily reports
- Use planograms to execute in-store product layouts
- Manage in-store inventory, rotate and replenish shelves, assemble modules, and clean and maintain displays, etc.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Any other related tasks
Requirements
- Have grocery experience
- Are punctual
- Are comfortable traveling throughout the territory
- Are available Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Can lift up to 30 lbs
- Excellent communications skills in French
- Are comfortable standing, bending, twisting, and reaching for stocked products
- Have access to a smartphone and a computer with an internet connection
