About the role

  • Associate Consultant helping ADAPTOVATE, a management consulting firm, solve business challenges through strategy, transformation, and AI. Supporting client operating models, process improvements, and adoption of emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market, industry, and organizational analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement
  • Structure complex business problems and turn insights into clear, practical recommendations
  • Support business strategy, operating model, process improvement, and transformation engagements
  • Translate business priorities into practical AI use cases, roadmaps, and adoption plans
  • Help design and implement AI-enabled solutions and process improvements that fit into client environments
  • Contribute to transformation programs by coordinating activities, tracking milestones, and helping teams adopt new ways of working
  • Prepare high-quality client presentations, reports, and workshop materials
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams to support delivery, coaching, and successful change
  • Bring practical exposure to Generative AI and Agentic AI into client conversations
  • Support capability building to help clients embed AI ways of working and develop a data-driven culture

Requirements

  • A strong management consulting foundation, with at least 4 years of experience in consulting, transformation, strategy, or a fast-paced business environment and real client delivery experience
  • Genuine AI enthusiasm evidenced through action: you have built something, automated a workflow, or gone meaningfully deeper than the average productivity user
  • Comfort in a coaching role as well as an analytical one, with the ability to help teams change how they work
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complexity into clear and actionable recommendations
  • Experience supporting process improvement, transformation, or operational change initiatives
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills, with confidence presenting to and working with diverse audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Familiarity with cloud and digital ecosystems, particularly Microsoft and Azure, is a plus, though deep technical expertise is not required
  • Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working across diverse client environments and team structures
  • Willingness to travel
