Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders across departments to document and map existing workflows and identify friction points, bottlenecks, and manual effort.
Research, evaluate, and prototype AI tools and platforms (including large language models, workflow automation tools, and AI agents) suited to identified business needs.
Build and test proof-of-concept automations using tools such as Power Automate, n8n.io, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude Code, Claude APIs or similar platforms.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to iterate on solutions and move successful prototypes toward production readiness.
Document solution architectures, implementation steps, and user guides for deployed automations.
Present findings, prototypes, and recommendations to IT leadership and business stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.
Requirements
Working towards completion of bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with AI tools and large language models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and enthusiasm for applying them to real-world problems.
Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript, with the ability to write scripts, call APIs, and adapt code samples to solve real problems.
Completed coursework or personal/academic projects demonstrating programming ability in Python or a comparable language; comfortable building small automation scripts from scratch.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex processes into actionable steps.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines.
