About the role
- Senior multi-skilled designer creating AI-assisted branding, web, graphic, and illustration work for ManyPixels. Delivering varied client projects quickly while managing quality, feedback, and tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Manage each project from brief through design review and on-time delivery
- Create logos, brand materials, social media graphics, landing pages, and illustrations
- Perform simple motion or video work when needed
- Use Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, and AI video tools in the daily workflow
- Improve AI-generated results until they are clean, original, and aligned with the brief
- Manage multiple client requests and deadlines simultaneously
- Communicate directly with clients, clarify briefs, receive feedback, and make revisions
- Try new tools and share effective practices with the team
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a full-time or freelance designer
- Senior-level portfolio showing a wide range of projects
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Knowledge of Figma for web design
- Daily use of AI design tools, with examples and explanation of process
- Strong design fundamentals: typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
- Skilled in at least two design areas, such as graphic design, web design, illustration, or branding
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to accept feedback calmly and make changes quickly
- Ability to learn new tools quickly and adapt to change
- Clear communication in English
- Ability to work 9 AM to 6 PM in US Eastern Time, Eastern European Time, or Asian Time (Indochina)
