About the role
- Forward Deployed Engineer building production-oriented agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients. Translating executive business needs into rapid proofs of value and scalable architectures.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Client Partners, and leaders to run CXO-level working sessions and translate business pain into an Outcome Thesis
- Identify thin-slice wedges for rapid, measurable Proofs of Value
- Communicate automation, assistance, human-in-the-loop, and safe-scale trade-offs
- Build rapid Proofs of Value demonstrating business impact and technical feasibility
- Implement agent workflows with tool use, enterprise-system integrations, and lightweight user experiences
- Create evaluation harnesses covering task success, accuracy, policy compliance, tool-call success, latency, and cost
- Produce scalable Agentic Blueprints covering agent roles, orchestration, tools/APIs, data and knowledge strategy, guardrails, observability, and human-in-the-loop escalation
- Define MVP backlogs and architecture decisions involving identity/access, audit, logging, fallback design, policy boundaries, and deployment models
- Hand off production-ready plans to delivery teams
- Design solutions using agentic AI foundations, knowledge fabric/RAG patterns, agent orchestration, governance, and observability
- Deploy across AWS, Azure, GCP, and/or client environments and integrate with enterprise applications such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft stack
- Ensure alignment with enterprise security, privacy, and compliance requirements
- Serve as a technical closer in competitive pursuits through demos, workshops, architecture deep dives, and technical validation
- Create reusable accelerators including prompt packs, workflow templates, connectors, evaluation suites, and reference architectures
- Contribute to thought leadership and field playbooks
- Operate in tight pods with Sales, Industry leaders, BlueVerse product/platform teams, and delivery squads
- Maintain a strong hands-on building focus rather than serving in a purely advisory role
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack engineering / solution architecture / technical consulting, with significant client-facing delivery
- Demonstrated ability to build quickly under ambiguity while maintaining sound architecture instincts
- Strong experience with modern AI stacks, including LLMs/agent patterns: orchestration, tool-calling, planning/execution loops, and memory patterns
- Experience with RAG and knowledge systems: embedding strategies, chunking, vector databases, and retrieval evaluation
- Experience with evaluation: offline and online evaluations, regression suites, safety tests, and red-teaming basics
- Strong software engineering fundamentals: APIs, data pipelines, integration, and distributed systems basics
- Proficiency in Python and one of TypeScript, Java, or Go
- Comfortable across frontend and backend development as needed
- Cloud-native experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; containers, CI/CD, and observability fundamentals
- Exceptional communication skills, translating technical complexity into business impact for senior stakeholders
- Proven delivery of GenAI/agentic solutions in production preferred
- Experience integrating with ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Graph/O365, Databricks, or Snowflake preferred
- Experience with GenAI security and governance preferred, including data boundaries, access control, auditability, model risk, and compliance evidence
- Familiarity with LLMOps/AgentOps concepts preferred, including versioning, telemetry, drift monitoring, and cost governance/FinOps
- Domain depth in one or more focus verticals preferred: Travel/Transportation/Hospitality, Retail/CPG, BFSI, Manufacturing, or Media
- Relevant cloud, security, or data certifications are a plus
- Expected to travel for client workshops, proofs of value, and executive meetings
