About the role
- Microsoft Dynamics Developer supporting ERP/CRM transformation initiatives at AIM Inc. Designing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for enterprise-scale deployments.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom modules, plugins, workflows, and extensions in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Customize and configure Dynamics CE/CRM or Finance & Operations modules based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI integrations).
- Build and optimize data entities, forms, dashboards, and business rules.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and middleware solutions.
- Conduct unit testing and support UAT cycles.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Functional Consultants.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM or F&O).
- Strong experience in: C#, .NET, and JavaScript Dynamics SDK & Plugin Development Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) Azure services integration.
- Experience with REST APIs, data migration, and integration tools.
- Strong understanding of security roles and data governance within Dynamics.
- Experience with SQL Server and data modeling.
