- Associate Veterinarian specializing in equine reproduction at Elder’s Equine, Manitoba’s premier equine medical facility. Supporting breeding caseloads and advanced equine medical care.
Responsibilities
- Provide equine veterinary care with a focus on reproduction
- Support Elder’s Equine’s diverse and growing reproduction caseload
- Participate in all areas and facets of equine breeding
- Deliver personalized, compassionate, and cutting-edge medical services
- Work within a five-doctor team including boarded specialists in equine surgery and anesthesiology
- Use advanced imaging, surgical referral, reproduction, rehabilitation, and intensive care capabilities
- Collaborate with colleagues and specialists through Altano’s worldwide professional network
- Participate in ongoing professional development, continuing education, and knowledge transfer
Requirements
- Skilled Associate Veterinarian with a focus on equine reproduction
- Experience in all facets of equine breeding
- Interest in all areas of equine breeding
- Foreign candidates fluent in French are eligible for the Francophone mobility work permit
