- Equine veterinarian joining Delaney Veterinary Services, a premier equine referral facility. Delivering compassionate care and collaborating with a supportive six-veterinarian team in Alberta.
Responsibilities
- Join a six-veterinarian team, including three surgeons and three associate veterinarians
- Start each day with team rounds to discuss cases and upcoming appointments
- Manage a truly varied caseload, from well-loved family horses to elite competitors
- Handle emergencies and surgeries in-house
- Collaborate with a genuinely fun team and enjoy the workday
Requirements
- Professional experience as a veterinarian
- Confident communicator who builds trust quickly with clients and colleagues
- Drive and vision to build practice and client base
- Energized by mentoring and supporting students, externs and interns
- Exposure to all facets of medicine including herd health, dentistry, and lameness
- Value the flexibility of ambulatory practice
