About the role
- Program Manager leading design and implementation of internal communications for North American Retail stores at ARC’TERYX. Engaging teams and fostering connectivity through compelling storytelling and clear content.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of clear, engaging internal communications across North American Retail stores
- Act as a central point of contact for cross-functional partners
- Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, meeting time-sensitive deadlines
- Continuously seek innovative solutions to enhance employee engagement
- Empower teams and deliver digestible, clear content
- Engage stores through compelling storytelling and strong visuals
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with business functions and initiatives
Requirements
- You have a bachelor’s degree in a related field
- You have 5+ years’ experience in a communication related role
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and illustrator (other tools may be an asset)
- You have experience in developing, creating, reviewing and releasing communications to large, varying audiences
- You have experience working with translation services, contractors or copywriters
- You have experience working in a vertical retail business model
- You have experience with intranet solutions and employee engagement tools
- You have a background in design, photography, and creative graphic solutions
- You have experience working with Smartsheet and/or other project management tools
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- You demonstrate the ability to multi-task and work under pressure, operating under tight time constraints with a strong sense of urgency
- You have excellent interpersonal skills including analytical, problem solving, organizational, issue resolution, and cross functional relationship management
- You communicate with honesty and kindness, and you create space for others to do the same
- You embrace feedback and direction from your peers, managers and leaders
