About the role

  • Program Manager leading design and implementation of internal communications for North American Retail stores at ARC’TERYX. Engaging teams and fostering connectivity through compelling storytelling and clear content.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of clear, engaging internal communications across North American Retail stores
  • Act as a central point of contact for cross-functional partners
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, meeting time-sensitive deadlines
  • Continuously seek innovative solutions to enhance employee engagement
  • Empower teams and deliver digestible, clear content
  • Engage stores through compelling storytelling and strong visuals
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with business functions and initiatives

Requirements

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • You have 5+ years’ experience in a communication related role
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and illustrator (other tools may be an asset)
  • You have experience in developing, creating, reviewing and releasing communications to large, varying audiences
  • You have experience working with translation services, contractors or copywriters
  • You have experience working in a vertical retail business model
  • You have experience with intranet solutions and employee engagement tools
  • You have a background in design, photography, and creative graphic solutions
  • You have experience working with Smartsheet and/or other project management tools
  • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
  • You demonstrate the ability to multi-task and work under pressure, operating under tight time constraints with a strong sense of urgency
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills including analytical, problem solving, organizational, issue resolution, and cross functional relationship management
  • You communicate with honesty and kindness, and you create space for others to do the same
  • You embrace feedback and direction from your peers, managers and leaders
  • You foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships
