About the role

  • Program Manager Principal leading complex, enterprise-wide programs for organizational transformation at FIS. Partnering with executives to drive strategic business outcomes with high impact initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end strategy, planning, and execution for large‑scale, multi‑year programs with significant business impact.
  • Define program scope, operating models, resource strategies, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
  • Ensure clear alignment between business objectives, technology capabilities, and cross‑functional execution.
  • Influence executive stakeholders and provide strategic insights on risks, opportunities, and enterprise direction.
  • Establish a program culture grounded in accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee integrated plans, budgets, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths across multiple workstreams.
  • Lead structured program reviews, enabling visibility, informed decision‑making, and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Leverage Jira , dashboards, and analytics to monitor progress, forecast risks, and manage performance.
  • Apply program management best practices, PMO methodologies, and data-driven insights to ensure predictable delivery.
  • Drive high‑quality outcomes through strong change management, disciplined execution, and operational rigor.
  • Build and maintain robust governance practices aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies that balance speed, innovation, and quality.
  • Partner with legal, finance, security, procurement, and compliance teams to maintain audit‑ready documentation and program integrity.
  • Champion process improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement frameworks to optimize delivery efficiency.

Requirements

  • 10–12+ years of progressive program or portfolio management experience leading complex, enterprise‑wide initiatives.
  • Proven track record managing multi‑year, multi‑workstream programs with high visibility and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong strategic thinker with the ability to balance long‑term vision with tactical execution.
  • Mastery of program management methodologies, frameworks, and tools—including Jira and enterprise reporting platforms.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
  • Expertise in risk management, governance, budgeting, and organizational change leadership.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive fact‑based decisions.
  • Experience in Agile, SAFe, hybrid delivery models, or scaled program environments.
