- Program Manager driving multi-channel marketing strategies for enterprise clients. Leading integrated teams across Media, Data, Strategy, Technology, and Creative to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Provide structure, leadership, and operational excellence across complex, multi-channel marketing initiatives for enterprise-level clients.
- Lead integrated teams across Media, Data, Strategy, Technology, and Creative.
- Manage program level projects with competing priorities while maintaining momentum, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
- Translate client business goals into clear, executable project plans that align practice teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level clients, managing expectations, timelines, risks, and delivery outcomes.
- Enable project teams to deliver best-in-class work by providing clarity, structure, and strong delivery leadership.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in project or delivery management within a marketing, media, or digital agency environment.
- Proven track record leading multi-channel marketing campaigns for enterprise-level clients.
- Advanced experience in project planning, scope management, timelines, resourcing, and budgeting.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into executable, results-driven project plans.
- Expert knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of digital media campaigns, web development, and digital strategy projects.
- Experience contributing to or leading process improvements for project management teams.
- Strong experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
- Strong ability to multi-task and work within a fast-paced environment.
- Direct experience managing a team of project managers with the ability to motivate project teams.
