About the role
- Risk Coordinator supporting Aritzia’s Enterprise Risk Management team. Safeguarding people, information, merchandise, and physical assets across Support Offices.
Responsibilities
- Safeguard people, clients and communities by identifying and escalating active recruitment of Support Office talent
- Prevent intentional threats to safety and support people security investigations
- Safeguard intellectual property, personal information and corporate information
- Uphold controls preventing information loss and detect and respond to information security incidents
- Safeguard merchandise by preventing theft through key programming and incentives
- Maintain appropriate inventory controls and support product security investigations
- Safeguard physical assets by implementing and monitoring security systems
- Support property security investigations
Requirements
- Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
- Commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
