Requirements
- 5–8 years of UX/Product Design experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS environments.
- Expert understanding of UX processes, interaction design fundamentals, and end-to-end design workflows.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to design for complex systems and translate business/user needs into thoughtful solutions.
- Hands-on experience conducting user research and applying findings to real product decisions—familiarity with AI-assisted research synthesis is a plus.
- Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or Photoshop, including experience with AI features within these tools (e.g., Figma AI, Bolt, Cursor, Lovable).
- Deep experience with design systems—from consuming to contributing at scale.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to operate autonomously, manage multiple workstreams, and drive outcomes in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern component libraries (e.g., React or web components).
- Ability to craft creative solutions while working within existing frameworks and constraints.
- Experience collaborating with and influencing US-based teams.
- Comfort using AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, documentation, or research workflows.
