• Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume skilled trades and construction roles across multiple projects and locations
• Support project mobilisations, ramp-ups and changing workforce plans within short timelines

Recruitment Advisor leading high-volume skilled-trades hiring for ATCO Frontec’s construction and infrastructure projects. Building pipelines and supporting mobilisations across remote and hard-to-staff locations.

• Post and manage job requisitions across internal and external recruitment platforms
• Sort and screen resumes to support recruiters and hiring managers
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including background checks, security clearances, drug and alcohol testing, references, and site-specific requirements
