Manager of Business Intelligence & Systems Integration at Avidbots driving data governance and systems integration. Leading technology advancements in robotics and data-driven solutions for commercial cleaning.

Responsibilities

Drive the roadmap for Business Intelligence, data governance, and systems integration
Ensure our technology platforms support scalable processes, actionable dashboards, and strategic insights while maintaining security, compliance, and reliability
Invest in integrated systems, business process mapping, and data visibility to unlock better insights and decision making across every function of the company

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
10+ years of progressive leadership in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and/or Systems Integration, including at least 5 years at the Manager level or above
Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade data and analytics solutions and driving system transformations in a growing organization
Strong expertise in: Cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Synapse
Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Domo, Qlik)
ERP/CRM configuration and integration (Epicor, Salesforce, or similar)
API development, orchestration, and integration patterns
Successfully complete pre-employment onboarding requirements that may include criminal/civil background checks
