Responsibilities
- Drive the roadmap for Business Intelligence, data governance, and systems integration
- Ensure our technology platforms support scalable processes, actionable dashboards, and strategic insights while maintaining security, compliance, and reliability
- Invest in integrated systems, business process mapping, and data visibility to unlock better insights and decision making across every function of the company
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and/or Systems Integration, including at least 5 years at the Manager level or above
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade data and analytics solutions and driving system transformations in a growing organization
- Strong expertise in: Cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Synapse
- Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Domo, Qlik)
- ERP/CRM configuration and integration (Epicor, Salesforce, or similar)
- API development, orchestration, and integration patterns
- Successfully complete pre-employment onboarding requirements that may include criminal/civil background checks
