About the role
- Senior Dynamics 365 F&O consultant leading supply chain ERP implementations for BDO Canada. Advising clients, streamlining processes, and mentoring SCM consultants.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to external customers and BDO project teams during client ERP implementations
- Lead SCM consulting on larger projects involving multiple supply chain, trade, and logistics consultants
- Provide mentorship and guidance to other consultants
- Analyze customer business needs and objectives
- Provide in-depth application expertise in targeted business areas
- Streamline customer business processes to achieve greater ROI using Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
- Train client staff on day-to-day activities supporting ERP implementations
- Identify and recommend effective client service delivery approaches
- Participate in adoption of digital tools and strategies
- Grow expertise through learning and professional development
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations / AX consulting experience
- Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management and relevant modules
- Full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation experience
- Comprehensive understanding of ERP applications
- Knowledge of another Dynamics functional area or ERP product preferred
- Dynamics 365 Enterprise/AX certifications in relevant business disciplines considered in selection
- Self-motivated and articulate
- Able to inspire audiences
- Process analysis, redesign, and documentation experience
