About the role
- Junior instructional role in BeyondTrust University, supporting technical training delivery and learner engagement. Collaborating with senior instructors for skill development and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Shadow and co-teach courses with more experienced Instructors, progressively taking on greater delivery responsibility as proficiency develops.
- Support the delivery of training to customers, partners, and employees under the guidance of Senior Instructors.
- Assist in assessing individual and group training needs for assigned courses.
- Gather and consolidate post-session feedback to support continuous improvement of training content and delivery.
- Build working relationships with learners and stakeholders by providing reliable, professional support.
- Actively build knowledge of BeyondTrust software product lines and underlying technical concepts.
- Proactively use other knowledge channels such as KB articles, Teams chats, and technical documentation.
- Learn and apply team processes, instructional tools, and delivery platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, LMS).
- Seek coaching and feedback from Senior Instructors to accelerate skill development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 0–2 years of professional experience, including internships, co-op placements, academic teaching roles, or applicable project experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort presenting or facilitating in front of groups.
- Willingness and ability to learn technical concepts and enablement tools at pace.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
