Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and the various stakeholders in their ecosystems, including business and industry-specific media
- Participate in the design, implementation, and management of large-scale corporate communications, media relations, and strategic positioning projects
- Collaborate on integrated communications campaigns, including reputation and public perception matters
- Develop new business, particularly in the technology sector
- Advise on and develop strategic issues and crisis management plans
- Create content and produce materials, including press releases, messaging documents, and brand positioning statements
- Actively monitor business, regulatory, and societal trends that may influence clients’ reputations and positioning
- Provide high-level strategic counsel to clients’ executive teams
Requirements
- Five to seven years of communications experience, including significant experience in a public relations firm, agency, or corporate environment
- Experience in the technology sector, gained through work with technology clients or companies (e.g., AI, SaaS, telecommunications, innovation)
- Familiarity with regulatory issues and business and technology stakeholders
- University degree in communications, public relations, business administration, or a related field
- Experience managing large-scale corporate communications and media relations projects
- Excellent writing skills (press releases, speeches, strategic plans, messaging documents, and more)
- Exceptional bilingual proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written
- Established network in business circles and the technology sector
