About the role

Project Coordinator supporting softgel pharmaceutical development and manufacturing at Catalent’s Canadian sites. Coordinating timelines, budgets, reporting, and cross-functional commercialization projects.

Responsibilities

Coordinate projects of varying sizes and complexity
Provide project management support throughout development, launch, and commercialization
Support Project Managers in project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting
Manage project scope changes, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
Prepare and report monthly project financials, including budget tracking, forecasts, and financial performance
Communicate project expectations, timelines, responsibilities, and updates to internal stakeholders and project team members
Collaborate across functions to facilitate communication, alignment, and timely completion of project activities
Support customer and internal project meetings, including agendas, minutes, action items, and follow-up
Contribute to problem solving, continuous improvement, and process improvement
Perform other project management or departmental duties as required

Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Life/Applied), Business (Marketing), or related field
Any level of project development or management experience
Exceptional organizational skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Candidates with non-Canadian credentials must provide an evaluation confirming Canadian equivalency from ACESC, such as WES

Experience in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and/or GMP facility is an asset
Certification in Project Management or Project Management Professional Designation is desirable
Ability to perform the specified physical and visual requirements of the role
