Proposal Specialist preparing proposals and supporting client services in a Contract Research Organization. Collaborating with teams to advance human health in a fully remote role.
Responsibilities
Prepare proposals and task orders, ensuring coordination and tracking through the CRM system
Develop and/or review proposals or statements of service for accuracy
Prepare sales price estimates for protocols, bid requests, study revisions, and additions
Follow up with internal (and potentially external) stakeholders to ensure proposals are complete
Assist management in monitoring sales pricing practices
Ensure all required legal documents are in place
Interact with scheduling or project management groups to identify the dates for studies
Support responses to RFIs through coordination with local stakeholders
Maintain and update the tools and processes required to provide accurate proposals
Requirements
Minimum bachelor’s degree in life sciences, applied sciences, business, or related field
No prior experience is required; however, experience in histopathology, immunohistochemistry, and/or genomics, as well as in client services, budget preparation, or the use of a CRM system, would be considered an asset
Proficiency in French and English, spoken and written
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
