About the role
- Monteur vidéo freelance créant des publicités UGC et VSL performantes pour les campagnes Meta et TikTok de CHASR. Déclinaison de concepts, optimisation créative et tests de hooks pour maximiser les conversions.
Responsibilities
- Transform raw footage into high-performing UGC ads.
- Structure and edit long-form or semi-long-form VSLs designed to drive sales.
- Adapt edits to the conventions of TikTok, Reels, and Meta Ads.
- Optimize pattern interrupts, pacing, subtitles, and sound design.
- Create multiple variations from the same concept to test different hooks, angles, and rhythms.
- Collaborate with Creative Strategists to bring concepts and scripts to life.
- Contribute to the overall performance of advertising campaigns.
Requirements
- Strong experience editing performance-focused UGC videos and/or VSLs.
- Interest in motion design.
- Proficiency in social ad formats and conventions (TikTok / Meta).
- Excellent understanding of pacing, storytelling, and retention.
- Ability to turn simple raw footage into highly engaging videos optimized for conversion.
- Strong marketing acumen.
- Self-motivated, fast, and detail-oriented.
- No spelling mistakes or safe-zone errors.
- Meeting deadlines is mandatory.
