Responsibilities
Support the service provider onboarding process.
Create, update, and manage system contracts using SAP.
Responding to inquiries from service providers to facilitate the claims submission process.
Monitor claims submitted by service providers through the We Recycle portal.
Communicate with service providers to obtain necessary information to support claims.
Review and validate the accuracy of service provider submissions.
Create purchase orders following claim validation.
Report irregularities and service provider performance issues to management.
Maintain pricing and related condition tables within the SAP system.
Perform daily maintenance of team reports and logs.
Support the development of monthly reports and executive dashboards.
Provide exceptional customer service to internal / external clients.
Conduct trend analysis to examine data stability and uncover insights.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Post-secondary diploma/degree program in purchasing, business administration, supply chain or a related discipline.
Experience in waste management, materials management and logistics, accounting, or related operational business activities is considered an asset.
Strong computer skills including MS Excel (x-lookups, pivot tables).
Experience with SAP and SharePoint is an asset.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
High attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy and reliability.
Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach.
Motivated to learn and develop, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
