About the role
- Dental software implementation specialist training Canadian dental practices on ClearDent. Guiding implementations, creating educational content, and supporting customer success through remote and on-site services.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and guide customers through transition to ClearDent systems
- Perform on-site and remote training and provide consultative services
- Create educational materials and conduct webinars
- Build lasting customer relationships to ensure success
- Maintain accurate customer contact histories and training records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with product management to improve software applications and services
- Travel to customer locations as required
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
- 2 years of dental practice management experience required
- 1 year of training experience or equivalent
- Experience with ClearDent software required
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to train in a variety of settings and with varied experience levels
- Strong customer relationship-building skills
- Strong organization and accurate record-keeping skills
- Ability to work outside regular business hours when needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Must live in Canada
