About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute end-to-end CRO strategy for your portfolio
  • Conduct research using qualitative and quantitative methods (heatmaps, analytics, user recordings, surveys) to uncover friction points and growth opportunities
  • Build and manage testing roadmaps across multiple client accounts with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with creative, development, and paid media teams to launch experiments that drive measurable impact
  • Write or refine persuasive, conversion-focused copy for landing pages and testing variations
  • Analyze test results, translate findings into actionable insights, and communicate outcomes to internal teams
  • Contribute to the creation of reusable frameworks, documentation, and processes that enable faster, smarter testing
  • Partner with leadership to scale CRO operations and mentor future team members as the department grows

Requirements

  • 5+ years of CRO experience (experience in an agency setting is ideal, but demonstration of enjoyment in working quickly with a variety of challenges is also acceptable)
  • Proven success designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests that drove measurable lift
  • Experience with tools like VWO, Convert, GA4, Hotjar, Unbounce
  • Strong analytical skills. You can interpret data to tell a story and guide creative or technical decisions
  • Deep understanding of landing page optimization, user psychology, and conversion funnel strategy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are able to translate complex insights, concepts and problems into clear, simplified, and actionable take aways
  • Highly organized and reliable with exceptional attention to detail
  • Collaborative, proactive, positive, and empathetic. You are forward-thinking and strategic as you bring forward ideas, not just execution and task-doing.
  • Bonus points for:
  • Experience in web or product design, using tools like Figma or Sketch
  • Familiarity with behavioral science, UX principles, and heuristic evaluation frameworks
  • Experience with Paid Social or Paid Search optimization
  • A passion for mentoring others and teaching new ideas.
