About the role
- Learning Specialist facilitating impactful workshops and training programs for Federated Co-operatives Limited. Collaborating with teams and vendors to ensure successful program delivery and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate impactful workshops, leadership programs, and learning initiatives that build capability and engagement across the CRS.
- Deliver training using diverse delivery methods including VILT & in-person offerings to learners at all organizational levels.
- Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery and strong partnerships.
- Ensure learning content & delivery methods remain current, relevant, and cost-effective while meeting the needs of the CRS.
Requirements
- Have 3-6 years of relevant experience in learning delivery.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in business or education (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- Have experience in applying adult learning principles (considered an asset).
