Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a back end engineer
- Experience with Java and/or Kotlin
- Experience with PostgreSQL databases
- Familiarity with AWS tools and infrastructure
- Experience in fintech is a strong plus
- Bonus points for frontend development experience with React and TypeScript
- Leadership and mentorship capabilities
- Understanding of production systems and scalability
