About the role
- Back-end/DevOps developer building innovative digital products and Cloud Native infrastructure at Mirego. Owning CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, security, and client-facing technical guidance.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver back-end services and Cloud Native infrastructures
- Own DevOps projects end-to-end, including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, observability, security, and secrets management
- Participate in agile ceremonies and technical discussions to shape product direction
- Identify improvement opportunities and champion innovative solutions
- Embed DevOps best practices throughout the development lifecycle
- Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity and work quality
- Engage directly with clients, present technical solutions, and guide teams toward stronger practices
- Build innovative digital products and services as part of the development team
Requirements
- Professional English and French communication skills
- Solid back-end development experience with Elixir, .NET, or Python
- Meaningful hands-on DevOps experience
- Fluency with AWS or Azure, Terraform, Docker, and GitHub Actions
- Understanding of continuous delivery pipelines
- Strong grasp of security, observability, and maintainability challenges
- Understanding of AI fundamentals and responsible use of AI
- Comfort with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code
- Demonstrated autonomy and initiative
- Deep understanding of software development and architecture fundamentals
- Significant real-world software development experience
