About the role
- Full Stack Engineer building scalable Go backend services, APIs, and React applications for Miratech’s enterprise clients. Developing cloud-native systems supporting conversational AI and digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services, REST APIs, and microservices using Golang
- Build responsive, reusable, and user-friendly web applications using React and modern frontend development practices
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services, third-party APIs, and enterprise systems
- Develop and enhance cloud-native applications and distributed systems
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Participate in code reviews, automated testing, debugging, and performance optimization
- Support CI/CD pipelines, application deployments, monitoring, logging, and production troubleshooting
- Identify and resolve technical issues and optimize application performance
- Contribute to continuous improvements across the development lifecycle
- Collaborate with product, architecture, security, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Use approved AI-assisted development tools where appropriate to improve productivity and code quality
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing frontend applications using React
- 3+ years of experience in Go programming, backend development, REST APIs, and microservices
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Azure
- Hands-on experience with distributed systems, API integrations, and application design
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
- Understanding of application security, performance optimization, debugging, and production support
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application architectures
- Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms such as Kafka
- Exposure to conversational AI, chatbot applications, or AI-powered solutions
- Familiarity with real-time communication, voice integrations, or telephony technologies
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools
- Exposure to third-party AI/ML integrations or generative AI solutions
