About the role
- Lead CRM Developer at the Condominium Authority of Ontario, guiding development of Dynamics 365 services with a focus on solution architecture. Engage with cross-functional teams while mentoring developers and analysts.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize work across multiple products and service areas
- Lead multiple CRM projects concurrently, from discovery through automated testing and deployment
- Provide hands-on development expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, business analysts, and quality assurance professionals
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 to meet business needs
- Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party or in-house systems
- Automate business processes using Microsoft Azure services
- Apply CRM AI and Microsoft Copilot tools
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines with a DevSecOps mindset
- Manage technical debt through proactive refactoring and system improvements
- Identify and resolve technical issues promptly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development, including customization, extensibility, workflows, plugins, and custom entities
- Solid experience in solution architecture and systems integration
- Proven experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and automated testing frameworks
- Strong proficiency in C# and version control with Git
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and the wider Power Platform
- Knowledge of CRM AI and Microsoft Copilot technologies
- Experience with enterprise data management and governance
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, combined with strong communication and interpersonal skills
