About the role

  • Lead CRM Developer at the Condominium Authority of Ontario, guiding development of Dynamics 365 services with a focus on solution architecture. Engage with cross-functional teams while mentoring developers and analysts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize work across multiple products and service areas
  • Lead multiple CRM projects concurrently, from discovery through automated testing and deployment
  • Provide hands-on development expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, business analysts, and quality assurance professionals
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 to meet business needs
  • Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party or in-house systems
  • Automate business processes using Microsoft Azure services
  • Apply CRM AI and Microsoft Copilot tools
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines with a DevSecOps mindset
  • Manage technical debt through proactive refactoring and system improvements
  • Identify and resolve technical issues promptly

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development, including customization, extensibility, workflows, plugins, and custom entities
  • Solid experience in solution architecture and systems integration
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and automated testing frameworks
  • Strong proficiency in C# and version control with Git
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and the wider Power Platform
  • Knowledge of CRM AI and Microsoft Copilot technologies
  • Experience with enterprise data management and governance
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, combined with strong communication and interpersonal skills
