About the role

Senior Mobile Software Engineer building Android and iOS SDKs for Cresta’s AI customer-experience platform. Extending Cresta’s conversational AI services into native and hybrid mobile applications.

Responsibilities

Play a substantial role in the platform frontend engineering team
Work with Cresta product and engineering teams to build and continuously improve the Cresta platform and new product requirements
Stay closely with customers and their requirements, analyze technical tradeoffs, and own customer-facing deliverables
Develop high-quality, well-designed, reusable, and well-tested system components
Contribute to overall system designs
Identify product improvement opportunities and generate product improvement ideas
Demonstrate engineering best practices and uphold high standards
Take technical ownership of a substantial part of the Cresta product and platform
Contribute to building the company and product
Expand Cresta services beyond web and desktop applications to native and hybrid mobile applications
Build headful and headless mobile SDKs for Android and iOS to power AI agent mobile integrations

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Strong Computer Science fundamentals
8+ years of experience in relevant domains
Very solid coding skills
At least 2 years of experience with native mobile development (Kotlin/Java for Android and Swift for iOS) in large scale consumer-facing products
Experience with mobile frameworks such as React Native, Flutter or Ionic is a plus
Proficient in designing and maintaining clear frontend architecture
Experience as a technical lead of frontend stack supporting various product features
