About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist building full-cycle recruiting for Supplier.io, a supplier data platform serving enterprise procurement and compliance teams. Recruiting across US, Canada, and India.

Responsibilities

  • Own and proactively manage the full-cycle recruitment process from talent need identification and requisition development through sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer, and acceptance
  • Partner with the VP, HR and hiring managers to define business needs, position requirements, competencies, and candidate profiles
  • Advise hiring managers on recruiting strategy, talent availability, compensation, candidate assessment, selection, and offers
  • Develop tailored sourcing strategies and build diverse talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs
  • Use LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, employee referrals, industry associations, social recruiting, targeted outreach, and innovative sourcing methods
  • Represent the company’s products, business strategy, customers, culture, and employee value proposition to candidates
  • Serve as an ambassador for the employer brand and employee value proposition
  • Conduct recruiter screens and structured interviews
  • Coordinate interview processes and ensure timely communication and consistent candidate experience
  • Manage candidate relationships as the primary point of contact
  • Establish interview plans, scorecards, selection criteria, and decision-making processes with hiring managers
  • Facilitate offer development, presentation, compensation discussions, and negotiations
  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system
  • Support compliance with applicable US, Canadian, and Indian employment and recruiting requirements
  • Develop recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reporting, including time-to-fill, time-in-stage, source effectiveness, candidate pipeline, offer acceptance, hiring manager satisfaction, and recruiting activity
  • Establish and monitor recruitment SLAs and expectations
  • Improve recruiting processes, workflows, templates, interview practices, and tools
  • Partner on workforce planning and anticipated talent needs
  • Support employment brand and talent attraction strategy
  • Implement recruiting technology, automation, and AI-enabled recruiting tools
  • Monitor talent acquisition trends, labor markets, recruiting technology, compensation trends, and competitive talent practices across the US, Canada, and India
  • Share recruiting insights, market intelligence, and best practices with HR and business leaders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, accountability, collaboration, and high-quality execution within HR

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, communications, or related field
  • 5 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Experience recruiting across corporate, technical, and customer-facing functions
  • Experience recruiting software/SaaS sales, customer success, customer support, product, engineering, data/analytics, implementation, professional services, IT, finance, and corporate roles
  • Experience recruiting across multiple geographic markets; experience supporting US, Canadian, and Indian talent markets preferred
  • Creative sourcing strategy and active/passive candidate identification experience
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing and recruiting technologies
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR technology platforms
  • Experience conducting structured recruiter screens and competency-based interviews
  • Experience presenting and negotiating employment offers
  • Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and data-driven recruiting effectiveness improvement
  • Ability to influence and advise hiring managers
  • Understanding of candidate experience and employer branding principles
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, private-equity-backed, or change-oriented environment
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions, priorities, hiring managers, and candidate pipelines simultaneously
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to operate with ownership, urgency, discretion, and accountability
  • Ability to work effectively across functions, cultures, and geographic locations
