About the role
- Quality Assurance Team Lead leading independent testing of banking customer outcomes across the Motor Finance Commissions programme. Managing a small QA team and embedding the second-line framework.
Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of 2nd Line Customer Outcomes testers
- Provide independent assurance over end-to-end customer outcomes across the Motor Finance Commissions programme through SSS and targeted risk-based testing
- Support embedding the newly rolled-out 2nd Line QA framework and scorecard
- Lead and oversee delivery of the 2nd Line QA testing plan, ensuring appropriate coverage of SSS and risk-based areas
- Manage and coach the testing team, ensuring consistent application of the testing methodology and quality of judgements
- Review and assure testing outcomes, particularly complex, high-risk or contentious cases
- Identify and flag trends, systemic issues, customer detriment or emerging risks
- Identify and recommend where expanded testing or deep dives should take place
Requirements
- Strong Financial Service QA, compliance monitoring, outcomes testing or assurance experience
- Previous experience leading QA/assurance teams and overseeing case-based testing
- Strong judgement with the ability to identify systemic risk and potential customer detriment
- Confident senior stakeholder management, challenge and escalation skills
