• Manage end-to-end payroll activities and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
• Validate payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, reimbursements, deductions, and other payroll components
• Prepare, maintain, and analyze payroll MIS reports and other HR-related reports
• Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Present payroll statistics and insights to management and support data-driven decision-making
• Coordinate payroll payments, tax processing, statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Support payroll-related financial integrations and collaborate closely with Finance on General Ledger and accounting reconciliations
• Maintain payroll records and ensure accurate documentation in line with internal policies and legal requirements
• Identify, investigate, and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner
• Support internal and external audits by providing payroll data and documentation when required
• Work with payroll and HR systems and contribute to process improvements and system enhancements
