Responsibilities
- Understanding the needs of our business members and clients and offering them a UNIQUE and PERSONALIZED experience is at the heart of our mission.
- You’ll be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls using a call generator to efficiently respond to the immediate needs of our business members and clients.
- Ensure businesses have the best tools to drive their success.
- Understand the stories, challenges, and projects of our business members and clients.
- Propose solutions and alternatives aligned with their goals and ambitions.
Requirements
- High school diplomas in a related field
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in customer service experience
- Experience in the banking or financial sector
- Knowledge of French is required
- Some positions require advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
- Knowledge of or interest in the business sector and business development
- Availability to work Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., and Saturdays during the day
