About the role
- Senior Advisor leading data valorization projects within Individual Insurance at Desjardins. Collaborating with diverse stakeholders and managing innovative data-driven initiatives for business insights.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients to define their needs to ensure that the initiative or project meets the actual needs of users
- Participate in prioritizing mandates by assessing the impact on members, clients and the organization
- Contribute to complex or transformational projects by defining requirements that promote data valorization
- Build and develop Power BI reports and dashboards using database management systems
- Monitor technology and best practices for dashboard construction while ensuring that your knowledge is shared within the team
- Identify opportunities to improve methods and processes, and recommend improvements to data management tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in appropriate quantitative discipline
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience in data valorization, analysis and visualization
- Knowledge of French is required
