About the role

Senior Advisor leading data valorization projects within Individual Insurance at Desjardins. Collaborating with diverse stakeholders and managing innovative data-driven initiatives for business insights.

Responsibilities

Advise clients to define their needs to ensure that the initiative or project meets the actual needs of users
Participate in prioritizing mandates by assessing the impact on members, clients and the organization
Contribute to complex or transformational projects by defining requirements that promote data valorization
Build and develop Power BI reports and dashboards using database management systems
Monitor technology and best practices for dashboard construction while ensuring that your knowledge is shared within the team
Identify opportunities to improve methods and processes, and recommend improvements to data management tools

Bachelor’s degree in appropriate quantitative discipline
A minimum of six years of relevant experience in data valorization, analysis and visualization
Knowledge of French is required
