About the role
- On-site Desjardins banking advisor guiding members through transactions, digital tools, and fraud support. Promoting financial products and strengthening client relationships across Chaudière-Appalaches.
Responsibilities
- Improve the experience of members and customers by advising them on banking transactions
- Promote Desjardins products and services
- Act as an ambassador for digital solutions and help members use technological tools safely
- Tell members and clients about applications and technological tools that support self-service transactions and operations
- Contribute to business development and maintain business relationships through service delivery and activities
- Assist members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities
- Refer fraud or irregularity cases to appropriate partners
Requirements
- Knowledge of French is required
