About the role

  • National Technical Trainer responsible for training and certifying technicians in auto glass installation. Supporting operational excellence across Quebec and maritime regions in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on technical training in person at branches in Quebec, the Maritimes, Eastern Ontario, and other regions as required.
  • Support new store openings (NSO) as well as existing locations to ensure readiness and operational excellence.
  • Work directly with technicians to improve:
  • Installation techniques.
  • Execution of ADAS calibrations.
  • Repair quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with the other National Technical Trainer to ensure alignment of training priorities and their execution.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (French and English) – mandatory.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience installing, repairing, and calibrating automotive glass.
  • Advanced knowledge of:
  • ADAS systems and calibration processes.
  • OEM installation standards and safety requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical training or coaching in a multi-site environment.
  • Excellent understanding of shop operations and work process optimization.
  • Excellent communication and training delivery skills.
  • Strong leadership presence and the ability to influence with minimal direct authority.
  • High sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Relationship-focused approach and excellent skills in engaging franchisees.
  • Highly organized with effective calendar and priority management.
