About the role

Logistics Coordinator preparing outbound warehouse orders, updating inventory systems, and managing customer and transport queries. Supporting invoicing, load verification, accounting, and safety operations for DSV’s global logistics business.

Responsibilities

Prepare outbound orders for warehouse picking and shipping
Update the warehouse system with all goods received
Ensure invoicing of monthly recurring storage, inbound and outbound charges, and additional accessorial charges
Answer, screen, and resolve client issues and manage incoming queries
Track and verify truck locations before delivery
Communicate with customers, dispatchers, and drivers regarding delays, issues, and updates
Manage customer orders in the warehouse system
Verify product information, including case counts, temperature readings, and pallet counts on active loads
Provide accounting support through filing, scanning, and photocopying
Provide safety support, including daily electronic log audits
Act as a role model for DSV values and adhere to the Code of Conduct

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehousing environment
Minimum high school education required
Good command of verbal and written English
Ability to create collaborative engagements and actively listen
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to multitask, plan, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to work as both a team builder and team player
Ability to use MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Warehouse Management Software (WMS)
Ability to lift, push, and carry 25–50 lbs
Safety shoes and safety vest required during work hours
Dangerous Goods Certification is an asset
