- Senior Zoho Developer building scalable internal systems for Dulcedo, a Canadian talent management agency. Automating workflows, integrations, and business operations with Zoho and AI-assisted development.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced solutions across Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, and Deluge scripting
- Architect and deliver complex technical solutions from business requirements through development, testing, and deployment
- Build and maintain integrations between Zoho and external platforms using APIs, webhooks, and other integration technologies
- Develop automations and workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes
- Troubleshoot existing applications, identify root causes, and implement reliable long-term solutions
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent technologies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate operational challenges into practical, scalable technical solutions
- Ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, well-documented, and support long-term business growth
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 4 years of hands-on Zoho development
- Advanced expertise across the Zoho ecosystem, particularly Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, and workflow automation
- Proven experience independently architecting, developing, and delivering complex Zoho solutions in a production environment
- Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, system integrations, and technical troubleshooting
- Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent technologies in real development workflows
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including solution architecture, code quality, security, testing, and maintainability
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and take ownership of projects from beginning to end
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- A proactive, resourceful mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight
