About the role
- Full Stack Engineer at Elation Health building AI-powered tools for physicians and patients. Collaborating in a remote environment to enhance clinical platform features and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Ship your first AI-powered feature improvement to production
- Partner with Product and UX to scope and design at least one new capability
- Get familiar with our stack (Python, MySQL, React, AWS) and AI integration patterns
- Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with the team
- You’re owning significant features end-to-end, from design through deployment
- You’re helping shape technical direction for AI-native product experiences
- You’re mentoring other engineers and collaborating to improve team practices
- You’ve built strong partnerships with support and infrastructure to help triage bugs and quickly resolve production issues
- The AI features you’ve built are measurably improving physician and patient outcomes
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Experience building APIs using modern backend technologies
- Ability to communicate complex technical problems clearly to both technical and non-technical partners
- Track record of delivering high-quality software projects
- Enthusiasm and interest in building systems using AI and large language models
