About the role
- Solutions Engineer scaling ElevenLabs' AI voice platform for enterprise customers. Architecting integrations, technical demos, enablement resources, and self-service tools for sales and customer success.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process
- Work directly with technical contacts from customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions
- Craft compelling technical demonstrations that communicate the product's value proposition
- Create technical enablement resources to amplify the sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency
- Build self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently
- Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features and work with product teams to implement them
Requirements
- Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products
- Enjoyment of working directly with customers, iterating on solutions, and providing tailored support
- Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled
- Strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams
- Strong technical background for architecting integrations between ElevenLabs solutions and existing customer solutions
- Experience working with customers, including through student clubs or side projects
- Proficiency in Python
- Deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
