- Head of Music leading ElevenLabs’ AI music business across enterprise, artist, and consumer products. Owning product, licensing, marketing, partnerships, sales, and go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise and consumer music business end to end
- Build and execute a unified strategy across B2B, artist-focused, and creator/consumer music offerings
- Oversee music product, licensing, marketing, and partnerships
- Work with go-to-market and FDE teams on the sale and implementation of music tools
- Represent ElevenLabs at global industry and technology events
- Guide the growth and future direction of the music business
- Accelerate product development, licensing, partnerships, and go-to-market activities
Requirements
- Ability to craft and execute a cohesive strategy across B2B, artist, and consumer music tools
- Expertise spanning product, licensing, marketing, partnerships, and sales, with deep strength in at least one discipline
- Proven track record driving development of music technology
- Excellent product sense
- Deep knowledge of licensing across recorded music and publishing industries
- Experience marketing music technology products
- Leadership and management experience
- Comfort with public speaking
- Deep experience, industry ties, and respect across the music industry
