Requirements
Bilingual in French and English
2 to 5 years of experience in a high-volume processing center
Customer service experience
Experience in a contact center environment
Experience in fraud detection and document analysis is preferred
Familiarity with PC functions, including Windows-based applications, and the ability to learn and understand verification services' technology and internal systems
