About the role

  • Bilingual Support Center Agent handling inbound and outbound calls in high volume processing center. Supporting clients with document analysis and customer service in a call center environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform various operational tasks, including outbound/inbound phone calls, data entry tasks, verification of received documents, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills, with problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Demonstrate the ability to appropriately prioritize tasks based on clients' experience/knowledge and the urgency of their requests
  • Strong emphasis on collaboration and team building
  • Use experience to identify improved ways for workgroups to meet client needs, providing insights and recommendations to supervisors and management

Requirements

  • Bilingual in French and English
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a high-volume processing center
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience in a contact center environment
  • Experience in fraud detection and document analysis is preferred
  • Familiarity with PC functions, including Windows-based applications, and the ability to learn and understand verification services' technology and internal systems
