• Report to a Team Lead on the global Editorial Team
• Review clients’ press releases for grammatical errors, spelling errors, and inconsistencies; fact-checking is not included
• Format press releases to match clients’ original versions as closely as possible
• Support clients via phone and email
• Assist with regulatory needs, including SEDAR and EDGAR filings
• Assist with account maintenance, including managing email lists, adding users and accounts, and managing multimedia libraries
• Act as the primary client contact for administrative, consultative, and press release service requests
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments
• Develop knowledge of other Notified products
• Distribute press releases globally to journalists, terminals, and websites
• Work occasional overtime during high-volume periods

Bilingual proofreader reviewing, formatting, and distributing client press releases for Notified’s PR and IR technology platforms. Supporting regulatory filings, account maintenance, and client service.

• Own the technical AEO, SEO, and AI search visibility roadmap across websites, content, answer engines, LLMs, AI search interfaces, and traditional search engines
• Build and maintain automated workflows monitoring answer presence, citation quality, share of voice, content gaps, competitive movement, structured data health, crawl issues, and technical site performance
• Design and manage production agents supporting search visibility, content intelligence, technical QA, SERP analysis, AI answer monitoring, internal linking, schema validation, and opportunity discovery
• Create and maintain AI-readable knowledge layers, entity maps, structured content repositories, prompt libraries, evaluation sets, and documentation
• Partner with Engineering on structured data, site architecture, rendering fixes, canonicalization, performance improvements, internal linking systems, and scalable content infrastructure
• Partner with Content and Brand teams to create content for classic search results and AI-generated answers
• Build dashboards and reporting systems connecting technical visibility to organic traffic, brand visibility, citations, pipeline influence, qualified demand, and revenue impact
• Evaluate emerging LLM, search, and AI answer engine developments and translate them into experiments, tooling, and operating practices
• Document repeatable playbooks, technical standards, and workflows
• Lead, coach, and manage web managers and developers
