By closely following a provided script, you'll gather the opinions of respondents who have experience with our clients products and services

Requirements
You have excellent reading, writing and communication skills ( English & Spanish fluency/literacy required )
You have strong typing skills with the ability to quickly transcribe verbal responses ( English & Spanish fluency/literacy required )
You are polite and friendly, punctual and reliable
You have the ability to persuade others and give verbal direction
You are proficient with using computers, email, and Google Chrome/Apps
You are able to handle technical issues and troubleshooting quickly and independently
You adapt quickly to new policies and procedures
You enjoy working independently, are self-motivated and excel at repetitive tasks
