About the role
- Senior developer building AI-integrated grants software for governments and nonprofits at Euna Solutions. Leading agentic AI architecture, production systems, and engineering quality.
Responsibilities
- Own large-scale technical projects from design through delivery, including architecture, implementation, and testing
- Lead agentic AI development, including prompt architecture, tool and MCP design, agent orchestration, and human-in-the-loop workflows
- Define and enforce coding best practices
- Lead code reviews and drive framework advancement
- Mentor developers across the team
- Present new design and implementation patterns to peers
- Support and troubleshoot existing production software
- Clearly escalate tooling gaps and agent failures
- Use AI and agentic coding tools such as Claude Code in day-to-day development
- Build software helping governments and nonprofits manage the full grants lifecycle
Requirements
- 7+ years of .NET and ASP.NET MVC experience
- Strong command of RESTful API and WebAPI development in C#
- 3+ years building AI-integrated applications, including agentic systems with autonomous workflow design, subagent delegation, and context management
- 3+ years designing and supporting RESTful APIs and tool integrations for LLM-based systems
- Technical leadership experience, including leading developers, managing project timelines, and enforcing engineering standards
- Full-stack fluency
- Ability to translate business requirements into agent behaviors, prompts, and escalation paths
- Experience with the Claude Agent SDK or comparable frameworks such as OpenAI Agents SDK or LangGraph
- Proficiency with MCP servers, connector design, and skill authoring
- 1+ years supporting Claude-powered agents or similar LLM systems in production
- Front-end experience with HTML5, SCSS, TypeScript, Knockout, and/or React in a SaaS product environment
