- Lead strategic initiatives to drive revenue, market share, and profitability for compact Construction Equipment
- Collaborate across functional teams and OEM partners
- Use customer feedback, market trends, and analytics to identify growth opportunities
- Build and enhance a strong relationship with our partner, Caterpillar
- Own long-term industry forecasts, market share projections, and inventory strategies
- Ensure equipment availability aligns with customer demand
- Monitor forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and equipment turns
- Manage commercial performance of the equipment portfolio
- Serve as technical and commercial subject matter expert
- Lead product lifecycle, competitive analysis, and growth initiatives
- Support product training and sales enablement programs
- Develop sales tools, training, and customer-facing content
- Create customized solutions that demonstrate value and lowest total cost of ownership
- Support strategic customer presentations and opportunities
Requirements
- Industry experience with machine sales and or Sales management
- Experience leading commercial, product, or business-focused teams is preferred
- Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field is an asset
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated track record of Meeting/Exceeding Sales Targets
