About the role

  • Product Manager at Dribbble leading AI-powered product initiatives from discovery to launch. Collaborating with teams to enhance designer experiences and drive business goals through innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Building AI-powered products. Identify opportunities where AI can meaningfully improve the experience for designers, clients, and the Dribbble team, and lead those initiatives from discovery through launch.
  • Partnering closely with Engineering. Work alongside engineers to evaluate AI technologies, understand technical tradeoffs, and translate emerging capabilities into valuable customer experiences.
  • Applying the right AI solutions. Evaluate AI models and technologies to determine the best approach for different product problems, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, cost, and performance.
  • Turning ideas into meaningful product experiences. Partner with Product, Engineering, Revenue, and Finance to identify opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver valuable features to market.
  • Championing our customers. Develop a deep understanding of the needs, behaviors, and challenges of the designers and businesses that rely on Dribbble every day.
  • Using data to inform decisions. Monitor product performance, evaluate AI product quality, and use experimentation and customer feedback to continuously improve outcomes.
  • Supporting product growth. Improve onboarding, engagement, retention, and monetization through experimentation and continuous optimization.

Requirements

  • Product Management experience. You've shipped digital products from discovery through launch and know how to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Experience building AI-powered products and features. You've shipped AI-powered products or features and understand today's AI landscape (LLMs, multimodal models, agents, RAG, etc.). You're comfortable evaluating different models and partnering closely with Engineering to build AI experiences that solve real customer problems.
  • A customer-first mindset. You’re naturally curious about user behavior and passionate about building products people love.
  • Comfort with data. You’re confident using quantitative and qualitative insights to guide decisions, measure success, and evaluate AI product performance.
  • Strong communication skills. You’re comfortable collaborating across different teams and can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A collaborative approach. You enjoy working closely with teammates across disciplines and believe great products are built together.
  • Adaptability. AI evolves quickly, and you’re excited to continuously learn, experiment, and apply new technologies as the landscape changes.
  • An appreciation for design and creativity. You’re excited about building products for the world’s leading design community.
